Budweiser Party Porch The Place To Be
On The Superstretch For The 52nd Annual Daytona 500
DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. – Daytona International Speedway’s Budweiser Party Porch is the place to be on the Superstretch during the 52nd annual Daytona 500 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series season opener on Sunday, Feb. 14.

From a 46-foot high party platform overlooking the famous 3,000-foot Superstretch, the Budweiser Party Porch will provide race fans with a breathtaking view of all the racing on Daytona’s storied 31-degree high banks.
In addition to the spectacular view, the 20,000-square foot Budweiser Party Porch will be stocked with food, beverage and souvenir vendors.

“The Budweiser Party Porch will be a great destination for race fans to enjoy all the thrilling racing in a fun-filled atmosphere,” Daytona International Speedway President Robin Braig said. “From unparalleled views to the best amenities in racing, the Budweiser Party Porch is going to take the race-day experience at Daytona to new heights — literally.”
The Budweiser Party Porch, which also boasts the largest sign in motorsports at 277 feet wide and 33 feet tall, is part of the several new enhancements to the Superstretch for the 52nd Daytona 500.

Below the Budweiser Party Porch will be the Speedway’s new interactive fan zone complete with a carnival atmosphere featuring amusement rides including ‘Rip Cord,’ a giant slide and carousel. In addition to the rides, the area will feature Daytona Lagoon Raceway Go-Karts, show cars, team merchandise and a chance to walk on the race track before ‘The Great American Race’ begins.
Access to the Budweiser Party Porch and the interactive fan zone is free with a DAYTONA 500 ticket. .
Other new fan-friendly amenities in place for the Hershey’s Milk & Milkshakes Speedweeks 2010 include:
- Two additional gate entrances along the frontstretch
- Relocation of the Turn 1 tram stop closer to the center of the frontstretch grandstands
- New frontstretch exterior pedestrian boulevard that will eventually stretch from Turn 1 to Turn 4
- New and improved directional signage, landscaping and lighting
